How pop-ups and market stalls work
Neither has a permanent shop. A pop-up bakes from a shared kitchen and sells at a host cafe or through weekend preorder and pickup, moving between venues. A market stall is steadier: the same baker in the same spot, but only on set market days, which can mean one Saturday a month. Batches are small and sell out early either way, so timing matters more than it does for a regular bakery.
Before you go
Always check the vendor's own Instagram for the current location and schedule. Because they move and their hours change often, the details on any listing, this one included, can go stale fast. For monthly market stalls, confirm the market itself is running that weekend: weather and public holidays cancel them.
