Works exclusively with Danish grains and local farms, on the harbour island of Refshaleoen.

A Kickstarter paid for the oven before the doors opened in summer 2018. It's now a bakery and eatery too, with a weekly lunch menu and a deli shelf of milk, cheese and preserves.
