What to know

A laminated cinnamon scroll called the Naughty, soaked in butterscotch and bruleed cream cheese.

The story

The dough is laminated rather than enriched, so it holds a crunch at the edges before turning gooier and chewier toward the middle, with butterscotch standing in for syrup.
