An artisan bread bakery in Ballard since 2000; cinnamon buns are on the daily pastry list.

Loaves go out to restaurants including Marjorie and L'oursin, and the granola reaches Whole Foods stores in three states. Most breads run on just flour, water, yeast and salt.
