The story
Sam Keck's roastery cafe fills a warehouse behind a roller door on the industrial side of town, with artist studios alongside and the roaster in view. It is a certified B Corp, and 20 cents from every cup goes to The Cup That Counts, its fund for a fairer coffee trade.
