Devil's Teeth Baking Company in the Outer Sunset leads our ranking, with Kahnfections in the Mission and Loquat in Hayes Valley close behind. Note that Tartine, the bakery visitors most often ask about, does not actually make a cinnamon roll: its only cinnamon pastry is the morning bun, croissant dough with orange zest and cinnamon sugar, which is a different thing.

Does Tartine Bakery have a cinnamon roll?+

No. Tartine's menu at 600 Guerrero runs to croissants, viennoiserie, tarts and their country loaf, and the only cinnamon pastry is the morning bun: croissant dough filled with orange zest and cinnamon, tossed in organic sugar.
